PayPal, debit, and most major credit cards are accepted.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Many of the products available for purchase on our website have an individual shipping rate per product listing, as many items may ship from separate fulfillment centers.
Where possible, we can combine shipping for most in-house items that ship directly from us.
Do you ship internationally?
Select items that ship from our suppliers, do not ship internationally.
Our suppliers will only ship to a physical Continental USA address (No PO Boxes).
However, if you are outside of the USA (or located in Hawaii or Alaska) and would like to order one of these items, or a PO Box is your only option, please contact us directly and we can try to work out an alternative shipping arrangement for you where possible.
Items that ship directly from us, may be shipped internationally, but please do note that there are additional shipping charges for international orders outside of the USA.
If you are located outside of the Continental United States and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Unless your item arrives damaged or wrong item received, All Sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, or such issue, please contact us immediately without delay. For damaged items, a replacement can be issued where possible, or other arrangements can be made otherwise. In most cases we do not accept exchanges, however, damaged items can be replaced (where possible), or other arrangements made, so if your item arrives damaged or you have any other problem or issue with your order, contact us right away. Do not wait or delay, please contact us immediately.
Returns/exchanges for damaged items must be requested with 30 days of the purchase date. Customer pays return shipping.
